Possibly because it was good, possibly because only 25 bottles were for sale - either way we will take it.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBatch 2 has been made with the same process as Batch 1 with the exception that it has been aged 100% in Northland.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn response to feedback from customers we are making 10 bottles available for Pre-Sale. So place an order now and we will deliver in November well in time for Christmas. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBTW if we aren't happy with this Whisky then a full refund will be provided but 18 months into the aging process it is very similar to Batch One (with the same amount of evaporation damn it).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eProvenance\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eCrafted from a mash bill of 66% Gladfield Smoked Barley and 34% Gladfield Distillers Barley, fermented with Saf Spirits M-1 Whiskey Yeast. Aged for 24 months in a 20L virgin Hungarian oak barrel at 63% ABV, then cut to 46% ABV with pure Antipodes water and bottled in the signature 700ml Saverglass Cognac bottle. There was supposed to be more but Angels Share was approx 25%.
