OK - we might not be, but hard to imagine anyone else going into business with a six litre finishing still and two 25 litre pot stills. Especially if they also make their own base alcohol like we do. There's also our premises, one corner of the garage (which is now a bonded warehouse) which also has to fit two cars.

Happily being small also means we can really control quality.
