Stewart had the privilege of providing Edna with her freedom ride, and now she needs a little extra help: around $1,500 worth of essential dental work. We have undertaken to raise these funds directly through sales of this batch of Dogma Gin. Tasting Notes

Nose: Pronounced aroma intensity. Dominant fresh orange zest, paired with rich caramel, sweet vanilla, and a gentle dusting of nutmeg. Subtle, fragrant star anise weaves through a soft, rounded juniper base.

Palate: Dry with a remarkably soft, rich, and oily mouthfeel and exceptionally well-integrated alcohol. The palate opens with an explosion of sweet orange and lush vanilla bean, quickly balancing into crisp juniper. Warming mid-palate spices follow, featuring aromatic star anise, sweet cinnamon, and just a subtle hint of cracked black pepper.

Finish: Long, complex, and warming. Lingering orange oil tapers off gracefully into soft, round vanilla, sweet oak-like spice, and gentle cinnamon.
