This is our most personal Gin ever, we created this Gin in loving memory of our Greyhound George who died after a very brave battle with bone cancer. He was the bestest, bravest, most loyal and loving boy. That's also George etch printed into the bottle.
We entered this Gin in the 2024 San Francisco World Spirits Competition (the largest and most influential in the World) because we wanted to make sure any Gin with George's name on it would be amongst the best. And it is - winning Gold at the first attempt.

Lucie’s Botanical Notes
I created this gin to honour my best friend. The white lotus in Buddhism symbolizes new beginnings, rebirth, purity, beauty, grace, and the heart of the Buddha. An idea was born. Saint George. Who taught me what unconditional love is. Always in our hearts.
Nose
Bright and elegant with a distinctly floral lift — the New Zealand white lotus and clover bloom above a deep, resinous heart of Macedonian juniper. A gentle sweetness of vanilla and rosehip intertwines with delicate citrus from lemonade lemon, while a whisper of Taiheke hops adds a fresh, green brightness.
Taste
The entry is silky and layered, showing the smooth grain warmth of the barley base. Classic juniper leads confidently, followed by a cascade of floral and spice tones — white lotus and poppy seed offering a subtle creaminess, while cassia bark, liquorice and angelica create depth and structure. Mid-palate, pink pepper brings a gentle berry-like sweetness, lifted by the juicy brightness of lemonade lemon and the subtle herbal crispness of Taiheke hops.
