Aged for 24 months in a Virgin 20L Hungarian Oak Barrel, this single malt whiskey promises to be something special.

It is a mix of 60% Gladfield Peated Barley and 40% Gladfield Distillers Barley and fermented using Saf Spirits M-1 Whiskey Yeast.

The whiskey has been aged at 63% ABV and will be cut to 46% ABV for bottling in our signature 700ml Saverglass Cognac Bottle.

There is no added colouring nor was it chill filtered - just the pure natural whiskey.

There will be approx 30 - 40 bottles available in this batch.

It will be ready in late November 2025 and delivery for Christmas.
